PART 1: Legal Disclaimer

The information contained on the ChhatraBus website and mobile interfaces is intended solely for general operational awareness. While we strive to maintain absolute precision across all transport parameters, users must acknowledge the following service clauses:

A. Transit & Scheduling Limitations

ChhatraBus (a joint venture of Sangeeta Travels and Jai Bhawani Travels) makes every effort to ensure strict punctuality. However, we do not guarantee exact pickup or drop timings in situations involving uncontrollable externalities. We shall not be held liable for delayed commutes caused by traffic blockages, severe weather disruptions, sudden mechanical breakdowns, or municipal route diversions in Kota.

B. Personal Belongings

Passengers and students are entirely responsible for their personal items, bags, electronics, and valuables during the journey. While our onboard team performs standard security checks at completion of routes, ChhatraBus assumes no financial liability for lost, stolen, or damaged belongings inside the vehicles.

C. Technical Information

The web systems, seat availability counts, and mapping features are provided on an "as-is" framework. We do not guarantee that the server lines will remain continuously error-free, though immediate security audits are conducted to prevent system downtime.

PART 2: Driver & Onboard Staff Rules

To preserve passenger safety, school/coaching norms, and absolute route security, all drivers and operational staff across our combined fleet of 25+ buses are strictly bound by the ChhatraBus Code of Conduct:

A. Mandatory Qualifications & Licensing

• Every driver operating a ChhatraBus vehicle must hold a valid, active Commercial Heavy Passenger Vehicle (HMV) Driving License.
• Prior criminal history and background verification are thoroughly evaluated before allocating any route driver for student transport.

B. Strict Safety & Speed Directives

• Drivers must rigidly adhere to the speed limits defined by the regional transport authorities and municipal guidelines of Kota. Rash driving or overtaking is strictly prohibited.
• The use of mobile phones (without hands-free emergency support) while navigating active bus routes is a terminable offense.
• Buses must be driven defensively, ensuring proper halts at assigned pickup points without endangering students or co-passengers.

C. Zero Tolerance Substance Abuse Policy

• ChhatraBus enforces a definitive zero-tolerance protocol regarding alcohol, tobacco, or substance consumption. Any driver or helper found operating under the influence or smoking inside the transport perimeter will face instant termination and immediate legal reporting.

D. Behavioral & Professional Standards

• All operational drivers and crew must wear clean uniforms and display polite, disciplined behavior toward students, parents, corporate staff, and institutional management.
• Drivers are required to verify onboard safety mechanisms, including checking the First Aid Box inventory and Fire Extinguisher pressure gauges, before activating their daily shifts.
